AFCO Development Co., Inc. is a multi-facet architecture, real estate development, and construction company. The principal (Frank Afari) has been in real estate development since 1982. The company’s expertises are in design build projects. AFCO specializes in value added projects and provides planning, design, and quality control of the project during construction in house and out sources the labor portion of the work under own drafted contracts to provide maximum protection for the owner, builder, Developer and the Contractor. AFCO is committed to quality work yet cost conscious suited for specific project market place.

 Frank Afari received his Masters in Architecture from University of Southern California (1983). He also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Presently he holds licenses to practice architecture and Construction in California. He is presently member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He has extensive experience in design and construction of industrial, commercial, office/ medical building, residential (single family, multi-family, and condominium) and high-rise retrofit.
